A fully furnished rental property is supposed to have all the necessary types of furniture in each room. So, the living room, for example, should have a soft sitting, such as sofa, coffee table, and lamps/ceiling lighting. A bedroom should be equipped with a mattress, a bed frame, nightstands, and a dresser.
